In our 4-part series titled "Colorism is Killing You", we'll connect the dots between how colorism adversely leads people to make harmful health choices that increase their and their families' risks, incidence, & prevalence of chronic and deadly diseases leading to generational practices that perpetuate generational diseases & poor community health. We'll also address strategies to break those unhealthy cycles.
You'll concisely learn in layman's terms :
- relationships between nutrition, lifestyle habits, health, and disease.
- the early warning signs of diseases, many of which show up in & on skin, hair, beard, breath, and body odor.
- relationships between certain foods, topical products, & diseases.
WHERE & WHEN WE'LL MEET:
- Every Thursday (on Zoom) at 6pm ET
- You will receive a 40 - 45 minute health-focused solutions-based presentation in laymen's terms followed by a 15 - 20 minute Q & A session about the topic covered that day.
